ALOHA (A Ladies of Hospitality Association) began with a simple intention: to create a space where women in hospitality could truly connect, feel supported, and grow, both personally and professionally.
What started as casual coffee meetups quickly turned into a movement fueled by women who were craving more: more opportunities, more authenticity, and more voices at the table.
Today, ALOHA brings together leaders, creatives, and rising stars from across Central Florida’s hospitality scene. We host events designed for growth and grounded in real connection, from speaker panels to morning meetups to moments that remind you you’re not alone in this work.
This is more than a group. It’s a space built by women, for women, and you’re invited.
